•  Virat Kohli –

Root has shown that shots can lead to a lot of runs in the test match format.

• Tamim Iqbal –

Tamin was the best scorer in the 2016 T20 tournament. He was brought into the team as a replacement, and he had to prove his worth to the organization quickly. Tamim’s batting helped Bangladesh get off to good starts and build defendable totals throughout the qualifying round, which got them into the main tournament. Tamim’s scores in his first three innings of the competition were 83*, 47*, and 103*, respectively (first hundred of this edition). • Usman Khawaja 

Khawaja, the only Australian on this team, brought his good form from the Big Bash to the league he was playing in. He took over as the opening bat for the team after Aaron Finch, who was the best T20 cricket player in the world. He played very well and stood out from players like Steven Smith and David Warner. Aaron Finch was the first person to bat. Khawaja didn’t use bat speed to get boundaries; instead, he tried to time the ball. This worked better for him. Even though Khawaja only scored 26 runs, he helped his team get off to a good start in the game against India. Australia, however, was not able to build on that success. Khawaja only played four games in his career, but he scored 143 runs.
